When I first moved to this city in 1988 I knew that this was the place I wanted to live. I fell in love with San Francisco and all it had to offer. Coming from a small New England town it was a complete 360 degree turnaround for me. The weather (as compared to New England) was wonderful and the food was incredible. One of my dreams was to own and live in a Victorian home. I had no idea about the home buying process and when we did eventually purchase a home I was intrigued by the whole process. I realized that there are many pitfalls that could happen along the way. I gained enormous respect and appreciation for my Realtor after the process was done. It takes a lot to put your trust (and money) into someone else’s hand, if you are in an unfamiliar area you may need to do this. I knew there was a lot I could learn about this business and that is when I went to work for my Realtor who is now my broker and friend, Mona Tong. Mona Tong has been in business for over 20 years and our office is located at 326 Precita Park, in Bernal Heights San Francisco. Ruben and I want this site not only to be about buying and selling real estate in San Francisco but also about living and working in Bernal Heights, our home and area of special interest.
